Can you Trust All Eco-Friendly Products?

It seems that everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon of the newest craze to hit the country, especially if that craze is profitable. The eco-friendly market is no different. However, some manufacturers may be promoting their products as being good for the environment without their truly being eco-friendly. How can you tell if the products in the store are good for the environment, or if they’re just using the phraseology to make you think they are?

Cleaning Brushes

There are two types of brushes used in the professional house cleaning business:

  • Small Brush
  • Grout Brush

The small brush has a brush head that is just a little larger than a toothbrush. It’s primary use is in cleaning around and along the edges of small appliances, fixtures and edges. One of the first mistakes I made when I started cleaning, was to ignore the buildup of dirt and grime around these areas. After all, if you don’t know what to look for, you don’t realize it needs to be cleaned! Even in the homes that I thought these areas were “fine”, I was amazed at what was removed when I used the small brush.
