A Newsletter Increases Customer Retention

If you have a house cleaning business, you have clients you clean on a regular schedule. But they don’t know what’s happening in your business and the industry and may like to be informed.

What about those customers you clean once or twice; or those that you only hear from once a year? Wouldn’t it be nice if they turned into a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly client?

This Common Error Will Cost You Clients

I am constantly surprised by the amount of spelling errors that I find in emails, articles on the Internet and flyers that are left at my house. It seems that a lot of people today don’t believe this is an important part of doing business.
